This document is meant to be clear and accessible, avoiding overly complex legal jargon. We believe a calm agreement is the first step to a calm creative practice.

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years of age. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required by the registration form.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Permitted creative uses include wellness content such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and holistic health education. Prohibited content categories include spam, illegal activities, hate speech, and content that infringes on the rights of others.

You agree not to use ClipKit to generate or distribute malware, phishing attempts, or any deceptive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Your content remains yours. You retain ownership of any videos, audio files, or creative assets you upload to the platform.

ClipKit's platform, software, and templates are licensed to you, not sold. You may use our templates for commercial purposes, provided you comply with our licensing terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of ClipKit templates is strictly prohibited.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your plan selection. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

Our refund window allows for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After this period, cancellations take effect at the end of the current term.

Storage limits apply based on your subscription tier. If your account is cancelled, your media will be retained for 30 days to allow for data recovery before permanent deletion.

We have a DMCA process in place for copyright claims. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in violation of these terms, please contact our legal team directly at the address provided below.

ClipKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost profits, revenue, or data resulting from your use of the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the subscription in the past twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of ClipKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
